Tomahawk steak..... the steak that every man sees when he closes his eyes. It's the steak that cowboys ate. It's completely over the top but also sometimes completely necessary.
Also known as a bone-in ribeye- it is a super tender steak with a rich, buttery flavor. The rib section of beef naturally collects intramuscular fat, creating the beautiful marbling to the prime rib. These steaks are dry aged for 14 days to naturally add more tenderness.
Only 14 of these steaks can be cut per beef. So be sure to snag one (or more) while they're in stock!

On Farm Pickups: Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you to set up a pickup time!
Hampstead Pickups: Hampstead pickups are available every other Saturday at 10AM in front of the water tower at 1400 Panther Dr. Orders must be placed by 6pm the day prior to ensure that your order is pulled and ready for the pickup day. The next pickup date is 2/1.

NOTE: a cart with any frozen products will be unable to checkout by selecting "Ship". Frozen products are only able to be picked up at one of our pickup locations at this time.
