Quarter, Half, and Whole Beef
**WE ARE OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT OF 2024 BULK BEEF- WE ARE NOW TAKING 2025 RESERVATIONS**
Bulk beef is $5/lb of hanging weight which includes all processing (except jerky which is an additional charge.) Hanging weight for a quarter is approximately 175lbs give or take.
**Quarters will have to choose whether you want a front or hind quarter- half beef orders will get a front and hind quarter**
You will be responsible for contacting our processor to go over cut instructions so that you can have the beef cut and packaged the way you want!
Beef are processed monthly, so just send us a message to find out our availability to schedule! A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at time of scheduling which will be subtracted from the final cost.
Half or Whole Pork
Bulk pork is $5/lb of hanging weight which includes all processing (except jerky which is an additional charge.) Hanging weight for a half is approximately 90lbs give or take. You will be responsible for contacting our processor to go over cut instructions so that you can have the pork cut and packaged the way you want!
Hogs are processed monthly, so just send us a message to find out our availability to schedule! A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at time of scheduling which will be subtracted from the final cost.
Whole Lamb
Bulk Lamb is $7.50/lb of hanging weight which includes all processing (except jerky which is an additional charge.) Hanging weight for a whole is approximately 60lbs give or take. You will be responsible for contacting our processor to go over cut instructions so that you can have the lamb cut and packaged the way you want!
Lamb is processed 1-2 times per year, so just send us a message to find out our availability to schedule! A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at time of scheduling which will be subtracted from the final cost.
