Food Items
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All food sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at northacresfarmpork@gmail.com so that we may address your concerns.
Gifts & Goods
A full ingredient list is provided for each product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. North Acres Farm is not responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.
Please perform a patch test before using any of our products. If you have purchased multiple products/scents, it is recommended to introduce each one at a time and gradually to your skincare routine. If you experience any reactions, please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test and trying to use the product again.
Every batch/scent is handcrafted in small batches, we cannot accept returns/refunds based on a dislike of fragrance, texture, or color.
North Acres Farm products are made of all natural products- without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients. To maintain product integrity, avoid adding water/product coming in contact with water and store in a cool, dry place.
In hotter months, our tallow/lard products are shipped on ice packs. However, these products may arrive to you in a liquid or melted state. You are consenting to them arriving in this state and refunds will not be issued based on the arrival consistency. If your product arrives in a liquid or melted state, set it upright in a cool room or in a refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will remain the same even if the product arrives in a liquid or melted state.

Events
Event tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, they are final sale. Event tickets are only reimbursed via a discount code for the amount spent to be used on a different event if North Acres Farm cancels the event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to reschedule events rather than cancel. If an event is canceled, it will not be rescheduled.
